Our members interests are Aircraft, Armour, Sci-Fi, Cars, Ships, and Figures.
We work in all scales, but 1/48th and 1/32nd are the most popular with the Aircraft modellers.

Model Shows in 2009

'IPMS (UK) Scale Model World 2009', the IPMS Nationals, held at Telford.
This was our sixth year of attendence to Scale Model World, we were displaying alongside IPMS Barnet.
We all had a great three days at Telford.
We visited RAF Cosford on the Friday and saw James May's 1:1 scale Airfix Spitfire.
During the Saturday and Sunday we all spent vast amounts of cash on kits, books, decals etc, and had a great time.

Model Shows in 2010


'RAF Hendon Battle of Britain Weekend'
This is a family weekend event to be held on the 12th and 13th of September 2010,
at the RAF Hendon Museum, with re-enactments, bands, film shows, Airfix modelling and a BBMF fly past on Sunday.
Barnet and Harrow Clubs will have displays of models which will include aircraft of the Battle of Britain.


'IPMS (UK) Scale Model World', the IPMS Nationals 2010
The biggest model show in the World will be held on Saturday November 13th and Sunday November 14th 2010,
at the Telford International Centre. Start planning those displays and saving now!

This year marks the 70th Anniversary of The Battle of Britain.
July to October 1940
